  •  Add your wedding planner to my app as a "host" so they can see the music you input (optional, but recommend)

  • Add any friends or family members as a "guest" to the app if you want them to collaborate with you on the music sections marked as "Public" (optional)

  • Schedule your "Initial Music Planning Session" with me to happen within 1-2 weeks of booking to guide you through the next steps

Before Your "Creative Music Planning Meeting Session" Please Finish The Following
 

  • Send timeline (draft version is okay)

  • Send layout of floor plan

  • Connect me with your wedding planner/coordinator via e-mail

  • Connect me with your photographer via e-mail

  • Connect me with your videographer via e-mail

  • Finish at least 80% of the questions in my app

  • Finish at least 80% of the song sections in my app

  • Add songs to "Do Not Play" if any

  • Schedule your "Creative Music Planning Meeting"  to happen 30-60 days before the event date

After Your "Creative Music Planning Meeting" Please Finish The Following

  • Schedule your "Final Event Overview Meeting" to happen 1-2 weeks before event date

  • Please Finish and deliver on any other tasks we've talked about
